As a Senior Systems & Infrastructure Engineer, you will support the organization’s cloud and on-premises technologies by resolving technical issues, maintaining secure infrastructure, and managing system access for high performance. You’ll quickly troubleshoot problems, provide strong support, and contribute to technology improvements as part of an innovative team. The role reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Responsibilities:
- Leads IT projects and implement new systems with cross‑functional teams.
- Supports HIPAA, PCI, SOC2, and HITRUST compliance requirements.
- Manages IAM, including SCIM, SAML, and Entra ID integrations.
- Designs and maintain scalable, secure network infrastructure.
- Oversees IP management, ISP coordination, and creation of network/low‑voltage diagrams.
- Automates recurring workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and similar tools.
- Supports Microsoft Fabric (Power BI) data reporting infrastructure in coordination with Finance and Engineering teams.
- Manages new site build‑outs with growth teams, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Proactively manage endpoint and server security with antivirus, vulnerability tools, updates, and MDM policies.
- Monitoring network security and performance with documented escalation processes.
- Supports leadership with account, billing, and vendor management.
- Administers cloud‑based telecom platforms and identify enhancements.
- Serves as the escalation point for advanced technical issues.
- Provide on‑site support at the NYC Headquarters and clinics at least 2 days per week.
- Participate in after‑hours on‑call rotations, including holidays.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Experience:
- We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer/Systems Administrator or equivalent combination of education, certification, and/or experience.
- Experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on security management.
- Experience with project management, leading large cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience with architecture design and support for Microsoft Services: Azure, Fabric, M365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Exchange, Purview, and Intune.
- Experience with automation.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours during emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cisco CCNA and/or advanced Microsoft certifications are preferred.
- Experience in integrating data with EHR and PACS systems in healthcare using HL7, DICOM, and webhooks.

Comp & Benefits:
Range: $130,000-$155,000 + Bonus + Equity
This is the range of pay for candidates nationally. Furthermore, actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
